As an administrator I would like to be able to see Active users vs. inactive users - in other words, once we set them up with an account, how much/how often are they using it? Daily, once in a while, or logged in once and never again, etc.?

As part of this we are really looking to see a big-picture percentage: We set up 100 users with accounts but 15% of them never logged in or are only occasional users, or maybe it’s 99% of them use it every day, etc.
