Could an appropriate statement be added to the joining slide informing participants that “All responses are identifiable in the system, even if anonymous on screen”.
a couple of reasons for this ask
  1. If respondents are not aware of this, it may lead to some giving different responses than if they knew their responses were identifiable.
  2. We have had inappropriate responses in free text responses and there has been no way to identify offenders, which has led to a policy being written to not allow free text in "open access" polling.
