It as reported that a colleague tried using the EchoPoll + app for a live session with learners/students and encountered some issues when the instructor has more than one display connected to their laptop.
During the session where multiple displays are used, if the slide is a presentation or results slide, the display on the student’s device gets cut off, and the slide doesn’t fully appear on mobile devices. See error captured in attachment file.
On the other hand, polling slides are displayed in full screen in mobile browser.
We expect regardless of the number of displays used during a lesson, both presentation and results slides should display fully on all learner devices.
However, when using a single display, both the presentation and results slides are displayed correctly on the learners' mobile devices.
Instructors frequently use multiple displays to present materials in lecture halls. If slides are cut off on students' devices, it compromises understanding and engagement,
especially since many learners access sessions via mobile devices.
Ensuring proper display on all devices is essential for inclusivity and accessibility practices.
