Has any development been made in supporting 360 degree cameras and playback. I know ther was a request a few years back but haven't seen any development in the field and the request looks to be closed.

I know our veterinary, engineering and medical school have cameras they use. Due to the covid and blended learning situation becoming the norm, I can see the use of these type of cameras to be on the uptake especially for practical sessions. but Echo is not able to deliver any of this material.
