A Scheduler role like on our ESS so departmental support can schedule and create courses without access to system setting and appliances/ rooms.

Yes, 100% I'd like to add to this feature request.
I would love to see the ability to isolate access to a specific room or building rather than a scheduler to have access to all buildings across campus.
