Being able to delete items from a playlist is a fundamental function especially when you are using a playlist as a team! Having to recreate the playlist everytime a change to it needs to be done is a waste of time and could very easily lead to broken links.

Not being able to edit a playlist rather defeats the object of having the feature. This is absolutely necessary if we're going to be able to make use of playlists at all

This feature is essential for our institution. Teaching content changes regularly, and the inability to edit an existing embedded playlist creates unnecessary work. Please prioritise the ability to add or remove media from playlists without having to recreate and re-embed them.

We’re working with a fantastic academic who’s exploring some really creative and innovative pedagogical uses of Playlists. Not being able to edit a Playlist is currently a significant limitation, so I’m a little surprised this feature request hasn’t gained more traction given the apparent demand.

Also would be nice to include ability to delete a playlist. I have a "few" test ones plus there will be times that a category would change completely. If there is already an option to delete, I have not found it.

As a media technician, I am finding this feature difficult to work with without the ability to edit existing playlists.

I agree with this ask completely. Creating a playlist is a great first step, but folks need to be able to update an existing playlist without having to recreate everything from scratch.
