As an Admin or Instructor, I need to be able to Share video content with other individuals for a set time range. This removes my need to go back to the MDP after time has passed and manually remove that Share to that individual.

As an example, I may need Share video content with another Instructor at the start of the Term and then have it auto-revoke that Share (and remove it from that User's library) after the Term ends.
