It would be very helpful if I could access log files on my own without having to request them from support. This would reduce the number of support calls and make troubleshooting more efficient.

Have just hit this brick wall again - yes, having access to capture logs in the UI for admins would be a boon to prove when and how hardware captures stopped, for example.
