As an Administrator, I would like to have the ability to set a recurring Schedule to transcribe automatically. We do not enable the "ASR All New Media" feature as we do not want all media to be transcribed.

We can currently toggle on 3rd party Captioning, Audio descriptions and Live Captions in the scheduling modal.

Adding the transcribe option would give us the flexibility to have specific Schedules (published and unpublished) transcribed rather than needing to go request transcription for each individual media or enable the ASR at the Section level.
