Given the move to AWS and the opportunity to use custom dictionaries for automatic transcription, would it be possible to add or include use of the existing service 'Amazon Transcribe Medical' https://aws.amazon.com/transcribe/medical/ ?

This would be of enormous benefit for University's with medical schools such as ours. it'd also save a lot of time and effort rather than creating our own custom dictionary for these subject areas.
