Add capability when creating a scheduled capture for a course section to add a list of dates to exclude from the capture pattern.

Cannot add Exclude dates in the scheduling form.

Also, the current way to use exclusion dates at the term level don't show excluded when looking at section schedules (even though they really are excluded). It would be helpful if the graphical schedule showed the excluded dates as not scheduled, and when scheduling, the term exclusions were listed to show those (as the ESS did)
