Add Organization/Department fields to the Schedule V2 CSV Import

As an admin I need to bulk create my Schedules through the CSV import on the Imports/Exports tab. I do not always Share the Schedules to a section and would like to specify an Org/Dept to associate those Captures with.
Right now, I can select an Org/Dept in the Scheduling modal if I am not publishing to a Section, but it would be great to do this in bulk via CSV or API.

I would like an option to schedule to new class group. I don't import my schedules, but I do bulk schedule the entire semester at the beginning of the semester. I would like to add that schedule to a class group at that time so I do not have to manually go into each course and move, one by one, each scheduled lecture into the class group.
