In wanting to understand the full engagement of students in a course, which includes the use of transcripts (if available), either for viewing or downloading the file.

I would love to see more details on transcript use - downloads, accessing/using the search system, evaluation of accuracy, etc. I think it would also be very helpful to be able to capture search terms for videos or classes so that instructors would know those terms/concepts that students searched.
