additional search and metrics needed for ASR

Our Institution is taking advantage of the video media player providing both captions and transcripts to viewers. The ASR continues to be very useful. What we need to be able to determine is how many unique videos in the VOD view count do not have transcripts or captioning turned on and
What is the name of the video?
What course does the video reside in?
As you can imagine it is manually intensive work identifying videos that are currently in use that do not meet ADA requirements. This information would allow us to spend our time more productively making these videos compliant. The number of public views could pose additional risk if those videos are not compliant. Since there are many ways to share Echo Videos with users, we wouldn’t even be able to identify all possible access points.

Agreed Mary Jane Pettola! A tile on the admin Dashboard or drop-down menus on the Captures page that admins can select "Transcripts" Yes and No as the options and another drop down menu for Closed Captions. Or a column on the Captures page like there is for Time, Publish Info/Title, Location, etc.
Elizabeth Pachella we have used the echo360 API report for our institution to determine what videos did not have transcripts and have video views, which we find the columns "last_view" and "view_count" helpful for us. Not sure where you are located but here is the article you would need: https://support.echo360.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042030652-EchoVideo-Reporting-API
The report is called "Asset" and the column is labeled "transcribed" which will show "0" for no transcript. Product team, it would be useful for admins to have an easier way to determine the videos that do have transcripts/captions and those that do not.
