Allow custom vocabulary for ASR Transcripts

We would like to be able to utilise Amazon Transcribe's custom vocabulary function to add new words to the ASR transcription vocab. This would be particularly useful for adding important words from indigenous languages, to help foster inclusivity

We have been thinking further about this, as we have noticed that ASR seems to have 'learnt' and almost always translates Ngunnawal, which is usually mentioned in our acknowledgement of country as 'none of all' now. We were wondering if there was any possibility of adding a find/replace all functionality that would allow us to set an option to automatically convert phrases like that which have been identified by us to what we know they are likely to be, this could also apply to technical, medical etc terms

This would be an important feature. Please consider.

Yes please, currently we are getting results that could be considered offensive when mentioning the native names during acknowledgement of country. Most of our academic staff don't have time check and edit the transcript.

We get this request often, especially from for technical and medical jargon. As a temporary solution, I have been recommending that they have a script for the recorded lecture. That way when they go to edit their transcript it will be much easier to make their edits.
