As an Admin, I need to make some of my Admins DA.

When I do this, those Users will only see the content that is published to the Course/Section and Org/Dept the media is published to after they are granted the DA role in the hierarchy. Please make this retroactive for those DA users so they can see the media that is published to an Org/Dept before they were granted the DA role.
