After a user has embedded a video into the Canvas Rich Content Editor (RCE) using the LTI 1.3 Deep Linking feature, they are unable to return to the Embed Options modal to edit the embedded video settings. Ideally, users could reopen this modal in order to adjust the setting for the video instead of having to entirely remove the video and re-embed it.

This is particularly helpful for cases where a user wants to disable the Discussion feature, but forgot to do so when they initially embedded the video, or when needing to change the player size without editing the page HTML to do so.
