Graduate professional training program where students meet with clients, record sessions. Program doesn't want students to be able to download media, so a potential workaround is to admin schedule or have another means of recording without ownership initially assigned, then have the media added to a collection shared with a student where downloading is not enabled on the collection (currently do not use scheduling). However, there are a high number of sessions being captured in a given term, so would be an administrative burden for an admin to go in, sort through the captures, and share the recordings to different collections for each student that they would have access to but couldn’t download or share media from. Currently this is a very manual process and would require manually creating the collections as well. This may also involve allowing the provisioning of collections based on things like student name to help with efficiency.
