Our institution has several areas that need access to the reporting API for Echo360. We are currently sharing credentials across these areas and have had clashes in the past where the pending report limit has been reached for our institution because of simultaneous requests from different areas. Even when there aren't clashes we need to be mindful of others using the system and coordinate the consumption of data; something we don't need to do for other systems of this scale.

If we could get separate credentials to allocate to our teams and if each set of credentials could have distinct pending report request limits that would smooth our use of the data considerably.
