As a University that uses EchoVideo for Student video assessments, we would like Students to be able to Embed content (via the LTI 1.3 Deep Links embed tool) that has been shared directly with them. For Privacy reasons we cannot make these Students the owners of the media in question. (They will be able to download the videos if they own them)

Currently, students can only embed content that:

* They own.

* Or content that is shared with them in a Collection (where they have Post permissions)

This request is to extend that to content that is directly shared with them by an Admin or Instructor.
