For sharing ad hoc recordings of events with external partners or other similar uses, it would be helpful to add a toggle on the "Links" page when sharing a video file from the "Captures" tab in EchoVideo that allows that file to be downloaded by people who receive the public link.

To add a level of security, it would be great to add a "Private access" toggle and link generator as well, with the same toggle for enabling/disabling video download for people who have the link.
