Just a thought that has stemmed from a need to be more proactive with regard to poor or loss of audio. At present, the in built notifications related to audio are not ideal as they end up spamming you when ether no one turns up for the scheduled session or they start late/finish early.
The only reliable solution at present to keep on top of the quality of audio is for a human to routinely go through recordings for each and every room, daily. This is a huge ask, and not one we have really ever managed to accomplish.
I wondered if the confidence levels of transcriptions would be a better way to detect poor or loss of audio? At present, this is only accessible on each individual media file, but I wondered if a notification alert was available in which triggered by a threshold the institution set, would be better?
I would think that this would not get triggered if there is no audio, as no transcript would be produced.
