Specifically, we need to be able to download recordings and transcripts via a python program that is not monitored by a human. We will have hundreds of downloads per day, and do not want to give Admin level access to student workers.

For our project, which relies on transcript and video downloads, we would need this access to upscale from a few classes to campus wide. Without it, we're stuck and can't upscale our project.
