As an Admin, I need to be able to script/dev against the public API Folders endpoint to Publish media to Folders/Sessions.

While the Folders API end point does allow me to Create Folders, Manage Enrollments, Move Folders, Create Sessions and add to a subFolder, there is no option today to Publish media to a folder via the API.
