As an Admin/Instructor I regularly make copies of my content shortly after it is created. If I create a capture, I can make a copy of the capture once the media processing of the original is done.

However, if I make that copy before the transcript is returned to the original, the transcript is never applied to the copy I made.

Please apply the transcript returned for the original media to the copy in this scenario.
