Just to check if there was any progress on on allowing the archiving feature to be extended to more than 2 years, is there a feature that is planned for any releases in the foreseeable future? We are hoping for a 4 year (48 months) timeframe. - Charles (KCL)

Hi, Michael: Content is always available so you can retrieve through your Customer Support agent. We are working on being able to provide options for longer timelines for archiving to be set at the organization/institution level.

I like the idea of extending the archive option out to the 5 year mark at least. Our accreditation time frame is every 7 years so that is usually what I strive for keeping information.

Hi all, thank you so much for this feedback! We are going to be continuing to expand the scope of the archival and video retention policies. We appreciate your input and love the additional details being provided about your use cases.

Right now the video retention allows for up to 24 months. Can this be a user defined field? We are working with our Legal Dept and we are landing on a 5 year retention policy. This exceeds your 24 month limit.
