I’d like to suggest an enhancement for the AskEcho AI tools that would help improve video editing workflows. In Clipchamp for Work, users can trim videos by simply deleting text from the transcript. When text is removed, the corresponding video and audio sections are automatically deleted. This would save time and makes editing more accessible for faculty. Another handy feature would be to add silence removal using AI. Adding these features to the transcript editor using AskEcho would make video editing easy and avoid the extra steps of downloading the video and editing it another tool outside of EchoVideo.
