Our school does not use a Closed Captioning service but would like to have the option (via institution settings toggle) of automatically using the ASR transcripts as the Closed Caption track.

It would not be perfect, but it would be a better start than nothing.

What it would do is take out the manual step of turning it on within the Transcript Editor.
