I've been creating PPT videos to share in an LMS SCORM package. The videos sound great in the media player, but develop audio glitches once I upload them in Echo. These glitches are not present in the original rendering. I tried to just have one browser window open and shut down all my other programs while I uploaded the videos, thinking it might be a processing issue on my end. But the glitches are seemingly created when Echo processes them. Please look into this, as it's very frustrating.
