Audit report - should respect local time/date format

The Audit Trail date format is MM/DD/YY - can this please be updated to respect the local date display (or ISO 8601 date format).

The current (attached) maintenance notice is in US Eastern time, but our instance is based in Australia, so admins need to go to extra effort to identify the time this will affect our tenancy. Please display these in the same local time as the tenancy is set to.
