Audit trail on settings

On 4th November it was discovered in on of our SCHD lecture theatres that the audio input setting had been changed on server side from Balanced to RCA.
It would be useful for us to have an an audit trail on settings. Especially considering the number of admins we are required to have due to the limited number of roles in the system.
Thank you

Can we please also include the audit/log for the system changes? e.g. user management, new/delete location, change the device / device setting in the location as we experienced someone change some teaching space from Pro to UC-Classroom and then misconfig the setting and we cannot tell who did it.

Thank you for submitting this feedback. As we have brought two organizations together, each with separate products, we are in process of merging feedback and categorizing it appropriately. During this merging process, we are reviewing each item and moving this feedback back to the under review status until we have completed our review. I will reach back out as we start getting ready to implement this.

I agree. Anything that would help admins track changes in the system would be a good addition.

In system view (administrator) add a "tracking" option. This would allow users to document any change in a capture time/location so that others don't question when something is out of sequence.
We record on a repeating schedule but from time-to-time we delete a recording due to school breaks or when there's a test. It would be nice to have a tracking note that indicates why the recording was deleted and for that note to appear in sequence for the student/instructor users so they don't think a recording is missing.
If you want a sample image of what I'm thinking I can provide it but this system won't allow an attachment.
I think this would greatly enhance the system.

Due to the number of staff with Admin access it is important to be able to trace previous activity such as When Course/Modules/schedules were created and by Who.
This feature was available in the ESS and should be made available in the ALP.
