Automatically Delete or make Inactive - Instructors that havent logged in within a certain period of time
not planned

I have instructors that have Active accounts that no longer work in our institution. It is impossible for me to check individually through all of the accounts to manually delete inactive users. And trying to export a usable list of Active Instructor roles in Echo, for an email group, is no longer helpful. So it would be great to be able to automatically MAKE INACTIVE users that havent logged in to echo for 2+years or had any of their content used within that timeframe (beyond the deletion/archival policies set for media content.)

Making inactive students alone would reduce the # of active users considerably. I would start with the student role, but if a user has more than one role, all their roles need to be checked before inactivating the account. Most of our students will have an empty ECHO Library, since they are primarily viewers of instructor content.
Maybe leave it up to the administrator to select the conditions for making the user account inactive and first provide a count of users that meet that criteria. Having the inactivation automated is a good idea after an "initial" cleansing.

This is a great idea, our institution has instructors and students who haven't been active in over a year, plus the students who have graduated are still in the system as well.

Yes, this is something our institution struggles with as well, especially when trying to run reports for IT leadership.
