better logging for browser capture

There needs to be better logging on browser capture uploads so the issues can be looked into.
we are experiencing errors on browser captures after they are reported as being uploaded in the activity panel
the activity says it has "Content upload finished" but "Unable to process"
If it has finished uploading why can't it process, support have looked into this and tell me the recording didn't finish uploading.
