The ability to bulk archive videos would be a really valuable feature. We recently had a lecturer accidentally select Create Videos multiple times without realising what the button did, which resulted in more than 1,000 video rooms being created. We then had to delete each one individually, which took several hours.

Creating a new activity wasn’t really an option, as some students had already completed the activity in an earlier tutorial and we wanted to keep all submissions in the same place. We also wanted the activity to be student-led, without video rooms being created in advance, so this created a lot of unnecessary admin work.

Being able to bulk archive or delete videos would make situations like this much easier to manage and save a significant amount of time.

Just want to bring this to the top again. Being able to select a group of videos and archive them all at once would be soooo helpful. If this option was on the captures page and on the archive under the recycle area that would be great. Right now in the recycle area, archive selected, I can not put any date range in at all so that would have to be looked at also.

This would be extremely helpful for us. I could see us doing this for instructors who have left the university but we don't want to get rid of their content immediately. We would archive it for a time before deleting it.

This sounds really useful and something I think I would use in the future
