As an admin I should be able to bulk delete and bulk deactivate users via the CSV import options within EchoVideo.

Organizations need a way to bulk update (delete and deactivate) users metadata via CSV to better manage access at scale and prevent former users from signing in through local login after their SSO access is disabled. While multiple users can currently be inactivated at once, administrators cannot efficiently modify metadata or fully restrict local login for groups such as graduating students or terminated employees. This gap creates a security risk and raises FERPA and cybersecurity concerns. A bulk metadata update tool and stronger controls to disable local login for inactive users would help ensure proper identity lifecycle management and prevent unintended access.
