Hi, Terry: There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the auto notifications that will opt you out of receiving messages every time something changes (including status change updates, mentions, and admin response emails) on a post. This will not unsubscribe you from the weekly user reports we send out so you will continue to receive those.
