Whenever the video / lecture recording was edited (and it strongly suggests if the edit is on the platform instead of locally), the closed caption at the bottom will lag behind (but not the transcripts at the sides, it won't lag), also the extent of lagging is highly dependent on how much they have cut off from the video.

This is really annoying, but i believe it is not difficult to solve, cos the transcript are following the correct timepoints.
