Reading the release for the transcript quality report, led me to think there would be a Captioned report for at least admins. I have a part time person that verifies/fixes transcripts. If we were able to see which videos do not have a transcript/caption would be helpful. There could be a section on the video report, or on the captures page add a Yes/No column to note if there is a caption for that video. Just a thought.

Thanks for raising this and for putting so much thought into the need for this kind of reporting. You are not alone in wanting to have clear visibility into which videos have transcripts and captions and this is really important, particularly when your team is actively working through content to verify accuracy. It's great to hear that level of care is going into accessibility.
I am pleased to let you know that as part of our April EchoVideo release, we introduced three new accessibility-focused reports available through the Reporting API that cover exactly what you're after. A report showing media with and without captions, so you can quickly see where gaps exist across your institution. A similar report for media with and without transcripts, making it straightforward to identify content that still needs attention. And the transcript quality report, which you are already aware of.
