Creating 'pending' status for transcripts/CC

I think it would be very handy to have an indication that an ASR transcript has been requested for a video but had not yet come back by creating a new status called 'Pending' that displays in the video details page. That way staff and admins would know that a recording had been sent for transcription.

This would be a good idea. Some visual indication is needed such as when a content is processing to your library or course.
