Default setting for Live captions

When setting up a Live stream, would it be possible to have a setting that enables live captions by default, rather than requiring a second switch? We caption all of our lectures by default via a global setting, so we should be able to do the same with Live captions.

Definitely needs a second toggle to default on, but allow override, to match current ASR setup:

We're about to test this for deployment, but this seems pretty obvious - we'll be wanting it globally to maintain accessibility.
