Disable video download

Disable video download for students. Currently this is unavailable unless videos are embedded into classes. This would enable streaming for copy righted videos.

This would be helpful also for videos embedded directly into the LMS. Rather than having to use the copyright option, it would be nice when we are selecting whether to have a discussion or to auto-play the video, to have the option to toggle permission for downloading the video or not.

Prevent Default Downloading of Videos & Transcripts

PLEASE make it so that there is NO way for students to download videos without explicit permission, irrespective of platform or app. When giving students access, I can double-check the content, but many classroom captures contain other students' comments when they speak to me about their issues, etc. Furthermore, students should NOT be able to copy-paste the transcript, by default. We are happy to give access as needed, but many have learned to submit transcripts to AI for it to respond to assigned questions. That defeats the whole purpose of teaching-learning that EchoVideo was developed to assist.

this is something I'm often asked for here at Nottingham, my advice is to turn on "copyright" and then activate "restrict download" as below

It would be really good if this could be configured video-by-video, or even class-by-class (so that the restriction could be different depending upon where the video was used).
We have use cases in Medical education where some videos contain sensitive material that we want to prevent being downloaded, but other videos are suitable for download (for offline revision etc).
