Easier method to bulk change thumbnails

I've just uploaded 113 videos that all needed a custom thumbnail. To change the thumbnail it requires 12 clicks. So that was 1,356 clicks!
It would be great if there was a direct menu option to upload a thumbnail, or if it could be somehow integrated into the uploader (e.g. upload the mp4 and JPEG at the same time)?
Custom thumbnails are so important to the student experience when working through a mix of content embedded in pages, so anything to make this process easier for our academic staff would be wonderful.

Hi Jacob, thanks for this, we'll definitely keep this in mind. In the meantime, if it's helpful, you can programmatically set the custom thumbnails with our public API: /public/api/v1/medias/{mediaId}/custom-poster-image
