My faculty uses EchoVideo with Blackboard and often want to see what the students will see when they have assigned a video. When we enter the "Student Preview" mode in Blackboard and click on the Echo Video or folder it doesn't allow us to get to it. We get an error message "Email already in use" (attached screenshot). It would be extremely helpful if that worked.
