Our ASR settings currently transcribe all section-published media, but we're starting to use Collections more widely, and the ASR service would be useful here too without transcribing all content.
Echo Team
As we work towards a more traditional Folder structure for content management and sharing (currently on the roadmap for Q2 of this year), we will absolutely be implementing settings at the Collection/Folder level for things like transcription, captioning, etc.
