Please, Please, Please. We desperately need this. We've needed this for years.

We create many video resources for students that are designed to be reused in multiple course offerings or subsequent offerings of the same course. We also have a lot of team teaching within our programs. We frequently need to be able to share videos to new courses and/or embed videos into content when the original creator is on-leave or unavailable. For content that has been captured via a lecture-theatre capture the person who made the echo booking is usually the owner of the capture, but frequently that is not the person who actually gave the lecture.

We really need this feature so that we can effectively manage the use and reuse of our video materials used for learning and teaching in large and complex programs.
