Challenge: Multiple possible input options mean that lecturers are not always sure if the content is being correctly recorded. For UK visa compliance reasons, enabling everyone in the class to see the content live as it is being recorded may not be desired. But disabling live stream view means that even the lecturer cannot check if the content is being captured as expected.

Proposed solution:

Enable a 'live preview screen' (without requiring live stream enabled for the whole class) for the presenter/ lecturers on the course so that they can see what is being recorded and either remedy it in the room or prepare a back-up/ alternative. This could be achieved either by generating a 'private' livestream link, only available to instructors/ schedulers/ admins etc, or by prompting instructors/ schedulers to toggle on/off visibility of the live stream to students at time of generating the livestream.
