The current configuration of UCAP means that many users with average computers cannot record dual-feed captures, even though their computer meets the requirements for the software.
Scaling down a feed within a picture-in-picture recording mode would resolve this for most users.
Currently, many students have to rely on Zoom to make their ECHo360 capture assignments.

Often we get this question as well. Faculty would like to see the picture and picture available in Universal Capture rather than the display and webcam side by side. So, those that want the picture in picture layout/look we recommend they can use PowerPoint and record their narration then save it as a mp4 and upload it to their library. Voting for this :-)

Katie Becker: This is a good temporary solution.

I've gone through the process and it works really well. Thanks for suggesting this.

Katie Becker: this is what we have been doing here since the start of the initial lock-down last year, problem we find is that PPT will record the video in the bottom right corner, great but we have the "watermark" enabled on all our Echo recordings (university policy) therefore our staff have the watermark across their face :(
not sure if others have the same issue?
