When you create a url or embed iframe you're able to select a start at time but it would be very useful to have an End at time, or the ability to embed a Chapter only

I have had a number of people ask about this as other tools have are able to do so, and if you add html code to the iframe such as a youtube video it is very easy.

I notice EchoVideo iframes have no start at code so I expect its the player that recognises the start time from the url/embed settings.
