As an admin when creating a new user if there is an error there is a generic error message shown. We ran in to an issue where we were trying add a new user but we were accidentally adding a phone number to that user which already belonged to another user. The system provided a generic error message instead of telling me the issue was with the phone number. We identified the cause of the issue with support.
