As an Admin using the reporting API, I need to be able to generate reports that include information about which LMS integration the viewing is coming from. This is required because we have multiple LMS instances (as an example, one LMS is for undergrads and the other is for postgrads)

Today the viewsessions and viewsessions details reports an "lmsCourseName" column, but that is not enough. We need to know exactly which link/LMS instance (LMS host URL) the views came from.
